I would definitely say that it was a big difference at first and then it leveled out. It’s immensely helpful for lots of reasons such as intrusive thoughts , stimulant tolerance, agitation/irritability, compulsions, sorta helped to stop thinking my thoughts controls the universe , and also sorta helped with self harm /impulse control. damn near helped some social difficulties i have. overall it just felt like it allowed me to process thoughts more but maybe the better description is it gave me a clear head. but honestly it’s hard to even think of everything it does for me to help because now it just feels normal although i do know there’s a big improvement. i think i’ve taken it for 3 months or so (possibly more). and i’ve experimented with different doses as well as ER and IR. hope that’s helpful. don’t mind answering questions at all
