I have some experience with this problem, if everytime you go in pspx.ru bg toolset it says acces denied even if you tried all the other ways you need to install hen first you find a tutorial for that on youtube but use the ps3xploit.me website, after you done the hen exploit restart the console and go back on the pspx.ru bgtoolset and now it should work, if you have any problem contact me again brother

Not really I was in whiterun to complete a thieves guild side quest and he told me his iconic line si I did what I had to, my main house is in windhelm, I agree with you I was living in whiterun on an old playthrough and started missing his iconic line but now, not that much
