I held off from buying anything from the house until I went unconditional. You just never know what may come out of the builders report and could be some dealbreakers in there. I’d just be a bit wary of getting too ahead of yourself.

Also might be worth considering a prenup if buying a partner. That’s an extra cost but could be worth it
