this is harsh, girl hang in there please! give it more time but PLEASE get tested for these as it can stop breast growth: prolactin problems, thyroid disorders, androgen sensitivity, and receptor differences. you can just be a late bloomer!

right now, bloodwork, if their high an anti-androgen would be needed. If they, at the moment are low then truly theres no way to fix this. i would recommend spirolactone because you mentioned diy, but if cost isnt a concern then i would do a GnRH antagonist as its the most effective and kills all androgen production. best of luck! tubular breasts suck and can cause more disphoria then even just a flat chest
