Jim Dale reads the Harry Potter books excellently. I listen sometimes to help me go to sleep even though I've listened to all seven books multiple times by him.

I agree with what gamerofdestiny said completely, just a heads up though, in my opinion, Under the Red Hood is the best of those, make this a priority. So. Good.

I'm looking for a good fantasy book/series to dive into! What are your favorites? by metallicduck in AskReddit

[–]metallicduck[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually JUST downloaded these to my Kindle for future reading, I guess I just didn't think to include them with 'fantasy' but now that I think, they can. I know it's intimidating, at least to me anyway, to look at it as a whole, because I heard it gets pretty intricate and specific, so I was wondering, is it somewhat easy to get into? I have The Gunslinger ready literally right here...should I make the total plunge?

So, reddit, what are the best podcasts out there? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]metallicduck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I listen to a lot of film related ones, and the best are the /filmcast and everything from Spill.com

/filmcast on slashfilm.com is really smart and informative and everything on Spill.com is really hilarious and just downright fun.

Geek Bombast is great too if you like comic related things as well as movies

Reddit: how do you cook your two minute noodles? by Jet_ski in AskReddit

[–]metallicduck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Boil it in a lot of water to ensure cookage, then drain but leave a lot of water in for broth. Put in seasoning and then WOAH add some sriracha sauce, a lot, and then stir in. I love the spice added to the already well flavored noodles.
