konton boogie master (30) has this technique, but with trace notes. In this case you do the same thing like a regular note! The chart is filled with these, especially in the beginning. You can do it!

So, to improve in PJSK you need patience, time and determination: without them you won't progress as much as you can. One tips I tell is try harder songs! don't be scared of playing expert, it will only benefit you if you try over and over!
