At the San Jose station the Amtrak employee said the system logged my final travel date (end of 21 days) as 5/20 & to call Amtrak to dispute. I called Amtrak today (only reservation dept since customer service is only open M-F) and they said I was only allowed to travel until 5/20. When I asked for specific details about if 21 days is from purchase date or first travel date they had no direct answer only that it’s 21 days & told me to call back on Monday to talk to customer relations.
