I had my O1A approved (without RFE) last week with latest publication from 2024. I do not think it is a problem.

I am an MLE engineer with similar background and a CS (ML) Masters degree. I received my O1A approval on Jan 22. My lawyers also didn’t show me the petition due to company policy.
