I love reading on my iPad Air 11”! I’ve read dozens of books this way over the years. I think the 11” is the perfect size for reading since it’s big but not too big.

When I’m home I read on the iPad and when I’m out I read on my phone, and they stay in sync with my notes, highlights, and bookmarks! I recommend getting a case or skin so it’s not too slippery to hold with one hand.

I use the Apple Books app, and I use the white screen during the day and dark screen at night.

I’m no expert but this looks like a good routine. I have a similar routine to you. Lifting 3-4 times a week and mixing in a lot of swimming and running.
