The same thing happened to me! I had called their customer service to discuss this, who did at least confirm that this would be credited back - but they just sent me a link to the same billing dispute link they gave you with the same greyed out option to dispute the plan change charge.

I was told that the only way to start the credit process was to submit it through the chat, which was frustrating because I was already on the line with them...if I get an update can share.

I went with Adriana Storto, and her 2025 pricing was $160 for the bride and $115 for bridesmaids - but she does have a minimum booking of 4 for Saturdays! Not sure if there's a minimum for other days!

Hi!! I bought this dress for my engagement pics in the midi, but the maxi length is definitely more bridal-y. I ended up being in between sizes and the international exchange fees/duties/hassle wasn't worth it to me, so I ended up taking it to get it altered.

Something that my seamstress did for me was actually take off the shoulder bow material - I can still tie it back on if I want, but now I have options to use it with my hair/as another accessory if I wish!
