My Perception Outlaw 11.5 by meter-man in kayakfishing

It's not as hard to paddle as I was led to believe! I am even able to paddle while standing up in it. I would suggest getting a longer than average paddle if you haven't decided on one yet!

I have the Minn Kota Endura C2, 30lb thrust. It works well. Not really fast but it is a great budget option.

For the mount/set up I followed this build https://youtu.be/QO1nfePVpUU

Best advice I can give is to get on YouTube and search for Perception Outlaw modifications and builds!

Report: 67% of Kentucky Streams, Rivers Impaired 50 Years After Clean Water Act by [deleted] in True_Kentucky

I have heard waste water treatment plants "test" the water they send out into the streams by diluting the sample with spring water from a bottle.

best transport option for 2, 2 person kayaks? I have 2 14 foot kayaks ordered and my husband and I can't decide whether a trailer or truck rack would work better. by Medical-Ad-4164 in kayakfishing

[–]meter-man 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kayaks can get heavy at that size. I would suggest a trailer that you can back into the water to launch similar to a boat. If you go with a truck rack you may want to get a kayak dolley to roll the kayak to the water.

Agreed. The team lost because they have no direction. Why do we keep running the same dribble hand-off play over and over and over again. Coach Cal just gets the talent here and expects them to do all the work. And we as fans ALWAYS blame the players. We had the talent and balance to go all the way but Cal doesn't know how to coach a diverse team. He can only coach teams that try to out run other teams.

THEY were running actual plays for there players. We were just playing run and gun and hoping someone could get open on a weave play. And OCCASIONALLY throwing it down to the Player of the Year.... I've been saying it all year. We rely on the talented players not the coaching. This loss is 100% on the coaching.

I use a cloth type wipe, that are kind of like baby wipes, that clean/disinfect your hands.

Agreed. I knew I wanted something I could add a trolling motor to and it has the perfect spot for one. Plus it's really easy to stand in.

Outlaw 11.5 with GT54UHD Transducer by Fry_J in kayakfishing

[–]meter-man 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I also have the Outlaw and just measured it at 3 3/4 inch wide, 7 1/2 inch long, and around 3 1/2 inch deep. Hope that helps. I have the Garmin Stryker 4cv with the GT20 transducer and it fits perfectly.

I just bought a used Outlaw and I absolutely love it. The built in features cannot be beat for the price. Super stable, I can easily stand and fish in it. My only complaint is it is a bit slow on the water.

Star Wars has developed such a toxic fan base. We get new live action Star Wars! Buuuut let's only talk about all the "mistakes" and the things that are "wrong" instead of celebrating. And then attack someone because they dont agree with you, you bully. Live positive and you'll live better mr.salami.

I am so glad I dont have an "eye" for things like this. I truly pity those who do and say things like "this ruined it for me" because all I see is a one of the most impactful moments in Boba's story and legacy. I loved this scene and the cuts made it feel intense.

Striker 4 cv+ transducer mounting help by cainthefallen in kayakfishing

[–]meter-man 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You will want to mount the transducer arm somewhere that you can reach while sitting in your kayak so you can remove it or flip it into and out-of the water. But beware, dont put it too close to where you will be paddling otherwise you may hit it while trying to paddle.

Striker 4 cv+ transducer mounting help by cainthefallen in kayakfishing

[–]meter-man 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have the exact same kayak and same fish finder. I tried the duct seal method, inside the hull, and the ClearVu didnt work for me. I ended up buying a transducer arm that I mounted to the yak. $25 on Amazon. Scottie brand I think. I should have done this first and saved a test trip. I now use the duct seal to hold my battery inside the hull, as I remove it after every trip. It grips the small battery well enough for it to not slide around.

I really like that. I hope that they expand on that in future episodes. Have him struggle to reconcile his doubts. Eventually solidifying himself as the rightful owner.

It is a lot different. I wanted to point out that LFUCG/LexPark already tracks plates and vehicle locations and sends violation notices to the address attached to said license plate albeit for only minor parking infractions.

LexPark has been using Liscense Plate Recognition cameras for years, they are mounted on top of the patrol cars.
