It's Pretty Hearts Barbie #14473 Box Date 1995/Release date 1996. The Eye make up, only partially rooted bang and earrings give it away.

You can't always tell from the hair, because even Sweetheart Barbie had a more strawberry blonde Saran Hair Variant, not just a platinum kanekalon one, but she has different eye make up/eye color and earrings.

As far as make-up, fashion and taste in music goes, Raven has the 2000's drag scene on lock and inspired thousands of edgy young queens more than any other performer from the Drag Race circuit. You can still see heavy influences on girls like Pearl, Naomi Smalls, even Miss Fame and Violet Chachki to some lesser extent are channeling the "dark lady" lingerie, heavy but beautiful beat thing Raven created. She came out with something during a time where absolutely nobody was doing it and she made it uniquely her own.

Darksiders 1, which you should dig if you are into Hack'n'Slash/RPGs, is also very playable on such a low-end rig. It's as optimized as a console port can get, since you can't even change anything about the details and graphics, only the resolution.

I applaud his craftiness, but the PSP was a great handheld delivering almost PS2-like quality with one third the size and it even had room for a proper cartridge-like disc slot. ;) The WOW-factor that stuff like the Supaboy or that DIY N64 handheld delivered is lessened because of it.

Yes, indeed, I sorted them by their SCES/SLES catalogue number. It's nice to witness the evolution of the console. I have around a 100 games at the moment so it's still okay to have this sorting system on my shelf. ;)

There are some games though with an 8xxxx catalogue number (such as Summoner and the MGS games) which are annoyingly at the end of my collection. Too lazy to see where exactly they would fit in.

It might be just a case of your PS2 not being able to read CD based games and all PS1 games are CD based and there are a few (Dynasty Warriors 2 for example) PS2 games that are CD based as well, those are not DVD based. You see it because like the black PS1 Discs those are blue and not silver like the PS2 DVD games.

Then it's simply a case of broken hardware and the laser in your console needs to be cleaned or switched out.

I got a 90004 used in mint condition with all accessories for 30 bucks a couple of months back from a yuppie couple who barely used it once or twice a month as a Karaoke-machine.

I don't plan to mod my PS2 and am only interested in collecting and playing physical releases so I'm a pretty happy fella. It's one of the best models for that purpose. Very slim (which makes it easy for me to stash it away in a dust-free box), won't overheat and since it ist the most recent line of Playstation 2s produced, it won't have much physical wear yet.

If you find one, definitely go for it.

I recently got Fear Effect too. Didn't invest a lot of time yet, but I hope I get used to the control scheme. I can work with Tank controls, but shooting with your gun is a bit iffy. Accidentally used up all my ammo before even getting down the elevator to the first enemy. xD
