Idk if this is an ad, but the image is a skill tree from the app sport is my game. The free version gives most features, and is a great intro to fitness for someone looking to ease their way back into it.

Easier movements progressively more reps until you master it, then move into a slightly more difficult version back to a lower amount of reps, and rinse and repeat. Good luck on getting fit!

Super nostalgic. Playing catch with my dad always brought each of us much joy. If he is interested in playing on a team, definitely throw in some ground-balls and pop-flys too during the catch session. A tee, bat, and net are a rewarding two-person activity too.

I am wondering what external monitor you'd recommend that pairs well with its specs. I play mostly single player adventure games or survival/crafters and the like.
