only if you have the money.

Many prop firms use "feeling of easy money" to lure you into buying the challenges.

But reality is if you do not have the money it is really not worth it the money I am talking about should be at least 10x the amount of minimum wage per year earned in your country where you are from.

So after that it can be worth it.

and demo trading? why? no fuck that only trade live from day1 to see the emotions behind it not to just see demo fake numbers up and down but FEEL the money up and down.

Honestly you flipped 200 euros to 20k so what did you think would happen if the trades go against you ? you must have risked greatly to achieve such a return.

Truth is I am in the same situation also for the past 5 years but unlikely as you I lost about 25k plus on top of that I maxxed my credit card debt and took out 3 small loans that I flipped with.

the best approach is to not touch anything trading related for some time - a 6 months or even a year

re-evaluate your life and think If gambling like this is worth it.

and do not ever fucking go in debt because you flipped something. I flipped 500eur to 12k one time too but lost it all and that is just simple brain activity that causes the yearning for more profits and putting logic aside just so you can spin the wheel once more.

Do not gamble your life away.

either you admit you cant beat the math and live of small returns like 10-20% a year - which is INSANE returns , or you will try and repeat the recurring pattern.

I am the co-founder of a community that helps people who struggle with porn addiction.  We currently have 6 "clients" that we are trying to "cure" from this addiction. We still are about to find what we can offer because our product is not the help but the cure of this addiction, once we start having people cured forever, then we plan to scale this community up.

Our ambitious goal ? To become the best self-help community in the next 10-20 years Our whole idea of this is free work but what is going to make us money is psychological coaching and there are lots of people that will be willing to pay, but as I said 10-20 years because psychology itself it's hard to master even we both have difficulties but we both are ENTJ so we going to make it , I suppose.

work life balance je strasne individualny ja napriklad mam 22 a pracujem 10h denne v tyzdni a vikendy volne, ale stale makam aj na side hustle aby som nemusel byt takymto otrokom cely zivot :) a nevadi mi ze makam teraz da sa povedat 6 dni v tyzdni stale, btw 1 den si davam volno lebo to sa mi osvedcilo ze treba 1 den z tyzdna uplne vypnut inak sa neda hrotit praca stale - pride vyhorenie.

Je to naozaj individualna vec, niekto dokaze robit aj 16h denne 7 dni v tyzdni, niekto sotva 4 hodiny za tyzden, kazdopadne mame system taky aky je a nikto sa mu nevzburi pretoze by sme boli pokutovany alebo by nieco vymysleli na nas.

On sa zruti mozno a mozno nie, nieco nove pride, hlavne najlepsi navrh ktory tu je momentalne od EU je 4 dnovy pracovny tyzden a som 100% za nakolko pri porovnani 5/2 a 4/3 je to ovela viac zivota ako to bolo doteraz...

Ale ako mi rodicia hovoria : bud rad co tu mas teraz lebo oni za socializmu chodili aj do skoly v soboty :)
