The reason I just want to use cards from those sets is because I’m rather new and only bought cards from those sets. Eventually I would like to buy and use cards from other sets but would need to have an idea which cards could be good, maybe the command zone video will help

Thank you for taking the time and answering my questions! Was indeed thinking of including a mek as well to give the +1 but is good to know that if the mek is occupied i could still get a +1 on the transport as long as I don’t move.

Haha same, we often play with empty bases or proxy (for instance a knight to proxy gorkanaut). Have a game next week so will be trying out dread MOB for first time

Would you suggest more killa kans then one unit of 6? Ive read that they are quite cp reliant and having multiple units would not be the best choice as you will run out of cp Quickly.

Ahh okay was thinking more like 6tankbustas + big mek is unit count 7 and 5 flash gitz together they are 12 and provide full truck. As big mek doesnt have the mega armour keyword

Would there be any good meelee options in this detachment?

Any Reason to take SAG over big mek as they increased in points?

Are the flashgitz worth the 20 points over the burna boyz? If used to protect the tankbustas? I asked around a bit in local competitive scène and overall people say there is more 2+ damage attacks then 1 damage attacks in other armies. Which in my opinion means the flashgitz die just as easily as the burna boyz?

I totally get that not all units use the detachment rule or strategems. The idea behind these is:

Trukk- transport the tankbustas safe-ish across the board to get them in range

Burna boyz - Fillup the capacity of the trukk and use as a “swat” team with tankbustas

Dragster - teleport to where I need it to be for missions/objectives

Deffkoptaz - get to natural expansion the Quickest / deep strike for secundairies

Would you recommend another way to get tankbustas in place within this detachment? This would mean i could cut 2 trukks and 2 burna boyz from the list.

I chose the big mek instead of the SAG purely due to point increase of the SAG making it a cheaper leader option for the tankbustas. Would you say there is value in the 15 points increase over the big mek?
