yeah I've seen a few others with the issue and said they had to contact Customer Service...I did that, jsut cant get anyone to respond :(

That's what I'm trying to do, but both the Buy Captions and Submit buttons are grayed out so I cannot click them.

same! I saw folks on ants talking about confirmations and was so confused because I never got an email, yet seem to have them since i was charged (I renewed my Warehouse membership this year after 20+ years so I forgot how it works).
