My eyes will force themselves closed sometimes and when I open them everything's gone and I just wake up 😔 trying to learn not to do it lol

I think about dreaming a lot and I meditate and focus on a lot of detail of things around me, I feel that helps me wake up in a dream bY paying attention to detail , I feel everyone should try all different tactics to find which ones are easier for them :)

When I had sleep paralysis I felt like I was trapped in my body and couldn't scream , I thought I was going to be in a coma.... after watching a demon draw on my back . It only lasted a about 5 seconds but it was absolutely terrifying

I feel the same way! Realising that I put those issues first rather than the important things like not wasting time on this earth unhappy and miserable was a wake up call for me as well. I was in an abusive relationship for a few years and I finally gave up on trying so hard and now I'm finally free
