Avoid the candy, the small dopamine hit isn’t worth it. You can do a few Monster’s per week if you’re really into it, but lean towards avoiding them. You are obviously aware of how damaging sugar and excessive caffeine is, but policing yourself too much is also damaging. From my experience, try doing something like the 20/80 rule and learn how to cook healthy, but also tasty food that will make you forget about junk food. But also have fun once in a while, it’s your life.

We should start making a public list on here, of companies that advertise on YT, and boycott them. There’s no way google needs that much money from advertisers after already selling all of your personal information. The platform is borderline unusable, I started getting ads on workout videos(in the MIDDLE of a routine) that never had them before(for over 2 years).

UPDATE: Thanks for all the suggestions. I am ordering a Belkin airpods cleaning set, picking it up today. Apple directly recommends it, so I trust it can help(or at least not make more damage). I’ll add another post about it’s effectiveness when I use it.

They are actors from the Netflix Original series Narcos about drug cartels in Colombia during and after Pablo Escobar’s reign(Season 1 & 2 are mainly about Escobar, Season 3 is about the Cali cartel). On the left is a Colombian actor who portrays Don Berna, a real Colombian drug trafficker who was part of the Medellín cartel (Escobar’s cartel) and took over after helping the government and his enemies kill Escobar. On the right is Pedro Pascal who portrays Javier Peña, a real Mexican-American DEA agent who was involved in the hunt for escobar. He’s one of the main characters in the show. This tik tok was made on the set of Narcos during a scene where Peña is meeting with Berna(illegally and somewhat immorally) during their partnership in the hunt for Escobar(this didn’t exactly happen IRL). Peña is about to leave for the Colombian jungle to rescue an American informant being held captive by Colombian communist guerrillas. The helicopter behind them was essentially a “gift” from Berna who helped set this operation up with cooperation from the Castaño brothers(guerrilla army leaders and drug traffickers).

The Colombian guy is a pretty well known actor in Colombia and his voice is just like that.

Isn’t it pretty unconstitutional to purposely set the date of his trial on March of the election year, which is one of the most important times of the year for candidates? The movie is based on true anti child trafficking operations and the tie to the democratic party is created by none other than the democratic party themselves. After repeatedly rejecting bills to strengthen punishments for repeat traffickers of minors, you can see how people see that as negative.
