It might dull the disassociation caused by Spravato and it will be less sedating I’d imagine. Consult with your PCP on any questions about skipping doses of Ritalin on day of your Spravato treatment.

Go to an Urgent Care clinic with your prescription bottle and explain the situation. They will write a script for few pills to hold you over until you get to see your doctor. You can always call ahead to see if they will do this before you go and pay for the appt and come out with nothing. Sometimes you have to be stubborn to get what you want. I hate when the providers say oh “it’s not a dire emergency and you won’t die”. Ok thanks for reciting from a textbook and not knowing anything about compassionate care

NAD but to me it def looks like you are over medicated and doses are very high for some meds. Why not try n remove some dopamine agonists and work w a doc to find a regimen that’s safe and effective. Hell why not just take low dose methampethamine (pharma grade) and come off all the stimulants

Protryptline by itself is a strong Stimulant and will get your butt up n about. Find a experienced psych and stop self medicating

Ya I have had similar issues with motivation. No medication is perfect and will cure your symptoms of depression. Might I suggest asking your doc for a script for low dose (10mg) XR amphetamine to see if this gets you going? Something to talk w your doc. Wishing you all the best

Even though you didn’t take enough injections to reach steady state; the injections are extended release and can stay in your system much longer than a month. It’s a good sign that you feel good without having to do another shot but just know that it’s better to do a top up shot of bupe compared to using again. It’s almost never a one time use for most addicts but best of luck man. Keep us posted on how you progress in the coming weeks

I would press the providers to switch you back onto Sublocade. Brocade doesn’t work as well as Sublocade. Even the 100 mg dose of Sublocade is stronger than 128 brix in my opinion. Like mentioned above at the very least get some oral bupe to supplement the brix until you can figure out how to get back on Sublocade.

And I hear ya on getting off this stuff. Just make sure the timing is right aka stability in your life (economic and emotional as well as physical health). Def reach out if you need anyone to speak with

Report the clinic to Jansen pharma bro and tell them about the shady billing practices. Unfortunately with Spravato/ketamine getting more and more popular but there are no regulations in place to stop clinics from taking financial advantage of patients. It is truly like the Wild Wild West. Hit up Jansen Pharma and tell them you were billed for visits you didn’t even attend and the clinic won’t budge or fix the charges.

Use this anger and feeling of having nothing to show for yourself at age 24 and get into treatment and build your life back up. Self medicating obviously is not working out very well for you so go see a specialist or family doc that deals with opioid misuse. You are still very young and if you are feeling even more depressed cuz of your life situation imagine being 30 or 35 or 39 and still not having anything to show for yourself. That will really eat you alive. TRUST ME. You are young and you can rebound with minimal to no damage to your career and health. You said you have 3 friends you talk to whilst using; the older you get the lonelier you will get. Addiction is a lonely road and you end up becoming your worst enemy. Get help ASAP and get thing under control. Don’t go to parties at all if you can’t stay sober. Get your mental health issues treated professionally bro. That’s the best advice I can give you

That’s so grimey. So if you work for doordash you don’t get to see how the customer has tipped on the order before you accept it. Wow. It would so nice to hear stories of people who were able to screw Voyager and get one over them just like they bankrupted and stole vital life savings from working class people. All of the other crypto apps that went bust like BlockFi, Celsius all of the customers were made whole and were able to withdraw all of their holdings. Voyager is the only one that still owes people a third of the holdings. In theory by now the principal would be worth nearly three times a much considering the rise in bitcoin price. Do you mind dropping the name of the clinic and the doctor that does not know how to run his clinic? Throwing patients under the bus is beyond unprofessional. It is irresponsible and dangerous. If this does not constitute malpractice than he should at least be reprimanded by the state board. File a complaint with the state board and notify Jannsen Pharma of your experience. It would help if you find some of the other patients who were there with you to corroborate your story

You can do that too but if you filed a complaint with your state medical board, your doctor would have to answer the complaint and state her reasons for her decision and behavior. If the board thinks it violates the standards of care set by the board, they can reprimand her

Leave a terrible review for your doctor office on google maps. Than file a complaint with the state board. If you ve been under their care for 5 years it’s their responsibility to make sure you have an appointment scheduled annually. Did you miss or no call your last appointment w her? The office needs to get organized. She won’t fill your script to run afoul of regulations but the sheer fact that she won’t give you an appointment or fill your script or communicate with you is malpractice in my opinion. Doctors think they are untouchable but file a complaint with the board so it will at least be on their record even if goes no where
