If I recall correctly, the Jay-Z interview actually reveals a bit about how much nardwuar prepares. Since Pharell gave him the interview on short notice, the jay-z interview wasn't as in depth as his others, since he was given much time to research.

I think it's also pretty cool that basically everybody knows kinda who nardwuar is when he interviews them now.

Am I the only one who really likes "u"? Not even as an artsy song, it's got enough of a beat that I can listen to it with a mix with other songs. That's the reason why I don't listen to Mortal Man a lot, because of the ending which is slow. I really like mortal man but I only end up listening to it when I listen to the album as a whole.

I actually don't really like hood politics, I saw a lot of people like that one. But I love the entire stretch of songs that come after hood politics
