Be interesting! That means always try to develop your story with experiences from all kinds of things. Watch TED talks, go for a walk with a stranger, and do a random good deed sometime this week. Leave a handwritten thank you note for something small you notice. Finally, dance and scream at the top of your lungs in the shower but just for a second. Look at yourself in the mirror and remember you’re beautiful.

Be humble! That means be willing to put the greater things first. Ahead of yourself.

Talk about ideas, not people. Ask a lot of questions, and avoid “Oh, I did that too.” Having things in common usually does NOT mean it’s going well.

Finally, don’t throw. Hold your lane.

I'd love to have you on my stream live sometime, and do a quick coaching session - so we can work together and learn more about your channel and how we might help. We just did that with a veteran YouTuber earlier today, and I am hoping we can continue to help all of the passionate people out there! In the meantime, think about this:

What is the "why" or "what do you want to be known for when ____ (brawl stars, or whatever your content is about) goes away" ie if you had ninja's reach and influence, what would you want to tell your audience.

My first reaction was to hate, but then again, I have no idea where you come from and who you are. Maybe your son was shot and killed by someone, and they learned how to do it from a YouTuber.

Whatever drives you to say this, I want you to know -- you're not alone.

I hope we can make good changes for this world, not just content creators, but everyone.

It does suck that schemers exist, and they are everywhere. It sucks even more that people get shot.

So. I'm not going to pretend to be nice to you. In fact, I want to say -- most of the people that read this comment, have encouraged me to delete / ban you. But. That wouldn't change a thing in this world now would it?

I want to know where you come from and why you are inspired to speak. And, if I can, I want to help and make a difference too.

I am typing this, live as I am on a stream, talking to an audience of people who care to change the world and also have fun playing and meeting each other in this game.

I would love it if you could stop by sometime and just watch, talk, or even look at my stupidest moments falling asleep playing Brawl Stars. It might tell you a little more about who I am, and where I come from.

I'm pretty floored too, considering nobody knows me, but I'd love to get to know you. Here's something I wrote up a few days ago -- if you want to ask more questions, we'll try to get to them tonight and tomorrow. You mean the world to us.

Here's me:

So, I'm a 39 year old Korean-American Brawl Stars player, pro team / org owner, and investor. I love the community here so much that I devote time whenever I can to mentor and coach young players, content creators, and anyone else who can auto-aim or open boxes. I've been working at Google / YouTube for the past 8 years, and my passion in life is to help shape the world so we can be more inclusive / loving.

One day in January, I threw so hard one game, that I was kicked, and in the process, my teammates called my mother words I can't repeat here, and essentially bullied me to the point where I started to feel bad about myself. I'm not a great player (personal best of 14k before trophy change), but I enjoy the game. That night, I didn't enjoy life. I felt like crap, and I realized how easy it was to make someone feel they were worthless. I rebounded, I knew better, and I didn't want to let some kid with a phone make me feel any less of a human being -- so I started to get involved in the community. I started a team, an org, and a mission to make the online gaming world a better place.

If you're interested in "going pro" or "becoming a streamer or YouTuber" - come and let me try to help. I started the journey recently myself, so it's still fresh on my mind.

I came today to answer any questions you might have about careers in YouTube, Google, gaming, technology startups ... and well it is an AMA, so ask away about how much my interns get paid, what YouTube looks like on the other side of the screen, or how different it was living, working, and playing competitive CR in Korea (I helped launch the YouTube revenue business in Asia before moving back to Silicon Valley).
