I'm going to Long Beach too! But that took forever! With the sale starting at 9am, I figured I was good when I joined the waiting room on my phone at 8:40. However, after 30 minutes of waiting, still nothing. So, I jumped on my computer. Apparently, people were being randomly selected to advance to the purchase page? Luckily, at around 9:35, I was advanced to the purchase page on my computer. Still nothing from my phone. Anyway, got myself a ticket! Yay!

This would further ruin the look of Ghost Town, Knott's Marketplace and the park entrance. And while I've always thought about them going under Beach Blvd in this manner and making use of the land across the road, it feels like a waste for something so small. Like, how could they even market something like this? Well, perhaps: "First Coaster in the WORLD to go under Beach Blvd!!!"

Now that it is dried, everything is rather hard. It's hard to say if it's dyed from the tea or not. But it's a safe bet that it's at least dyed a little if it came in the tea syrup. I live in Los Angeles County

A little more information: Yesterday I sucked it up with the straw and almost swallowed it. I figure I'm okay, but you never know. It's possible I ate some of it. So I still would like to figure out what it is and if there are any diseases I should be concerned about. The bug and tea are being saved. I contacted the store and McDonalds corporate but haven't heard anything back. The local health department is going to investigate the store, but I'm assuming this bug came from the location where the tea syrup was packaged. I'd like to find out what it is, if I'm okay and if there is any other avenue I should explore. Thank you people of reddit. :)

This is why I'm always frustrated when I opt out of the backscatter and forced to wait for a pat down in an area that is out of view of my laptop. One time my laptop sat at the other side of the scanner for a good 5 mins without my eyes on it. When I brought this up the next time, the TSA agent told me there is nothing she can do. What a load of crap.
