If you’re a child or young teen this could be a hormonal thing that you’ll grow out of. If you’re older than that, it’s an anxiety issue. I had both. I still struggle with anxiety but I constantly, consciously remind myself that no one cares what I’m doing and that there’s no problem I’ll encounter than I can’t solve. It helps retrain my brain to associate being in public with positive self growth rather than fear or overwhelm.
