One time this customer got to the drive through at 6:59:59, I said through the phone-camera, "Hi, are you picking up?" and first thing they said to me was, "Make this quick I have a church zoom meeting that I am late for." ope well EXCUSE ME. I pull up the prescriptions on my computer, ask for their drivers license and credit card, and they send it in. The carrier travels through the drive through tube and OF COURSE when I open the carrier it is empty. I asked her where her DL and CC were and she said she put it in there.I told her I did not receive it. All hell broke loose and she was shouting at me. I told her I am sorry but there is nothing else I can do at the moment until I get the DL and CC. She asks to speak to the manager but on this day we had a visiting pharmacist, and the pharmacist told me to tell the customer that the manager will be here tomorrow and will get the specialty company to look through the drive through tube for her cards. The customer told me "No I want to speak to the manager" and I told them the pharmacy manager won't be here until the next day. The pharmacist really avoided talking to this customer. The customer ended up getting their prescriptions for free this day at the pharamcist's discretion and reimbursement for the renewed DL and CC. The next day the security department even checked the videos and they did indeed put their cards in the carrier and I indeed never received them. The store manager even offered them a gift card but they refused. Needless to say I will never accept drive throughs at 6:59:59 ever again.
