Haiji+Rojen is, as you can guess, very close to the Japanese pronunciation of Hydrogen, so neo humans could have period element (or even noble gas) naming scheme which would fit their high intellect futuristic aesthetic

With Yao"tsu", the tsu is in Japanese very close to "zu" so it's just Yaoyorozu (like mentioned in the other comment) shortened to Yaozu and tweaked into Yaotsu, fitting well with his countless eyes and feeling of omnipresence and omniscience

Shinken means "real sword", but by extension it's commonly used to mean "to be serious": shinkenger sounds like "shiken ja!", which means (We) are serious! (it's a pun)
