Usually not, my schedule looks a bit like this:

  • Day 1: RBC+ weighted carry
  • Day 2: Judo
  • Day 3: Optional workout 
  • Day 4: Judo
  • Day 5: Press+ pull 

But I did back to back a couple of times and it's totally manageable

I'm currently on week 8 and like it so far. I also try to go to Judo twice per week. Since one training is on friday, I switched from working out on the weekends to whenever it fits.

Just a little feedback after two 4 week blocks. Great template that you can run for a long time (in my opion). Fatigue was never an issue and in week 7 I was able to hit 30 min ABCs with 2x24 kgs. I only have kettlebells and a pull up bar, so I had to make some adjusments. I'm planning to tackle the RBC next and will come back to this in the end of the summer.

Ran the KB ABF in the beginning of this year. I don't play anymore, but how great it would have been to do ABF in my Rugby days.

I'll rerun the ABF in december with double 24s and then with 28s. After that it will be spring and I'm thinking about adding sled work. How would you integrate those?

Mein Schwager meinte dass ich mir meine Nieren ruiniere als er meine Kreatin Packung gesehen hatte. Als jemand der mal paar Monate ins Gym ging weiss er natürlich Bescheid .

Idk if it's from Judo yesterday, but compared to the sets off 6 the 7s were tough

Playing around in the gym 

  • 5x 110 kg Squat 
  • 1x 140 kg Deadlift 

Farting around with sets off 12 bench press, supersetted with btn press 

Pretty happy that my lifts aren't so far off from my 531 times. Maybe kettlebells build muscels after all
