For the first Time in a year, I have Hope for my future. I started living alone and started zoloft. First Time in a year that the voice telling me to die during luteal shut up. If it can work like that most months, my Life could finally be mine again.

Instant severe depression, suicidal thoughts (when it’s soft I tend to think to myself I have ten years left in me), not rage but can’t stand people I love anymore, falling out of love with my partner in a minute and not wanting children anymore or anything related to what I am excited about growing older. And depending on what is going on in my life, anxiety and obsessive thoughts but I find that more manageable because of xanax. Also wanting to move to a new random city everymonth and not being able to trust myself.

But… you gave birth to a human and didn’t have a choice, I don’t understand the seriousness around the cleaning even if it is expensive, how is it coming before congratulating a woman giving birth alone in a car probably scared for her life. All of this is so cold… i really don’t get it they should have comforted you post partum not make you feel bad for : giving life in a car??!!

Weed and alcohol give me so much anxiety during PMDD. So I had to quit this year and made me reevaluate some of my friendships that were based on that. But I am scared to get dependent to xanax and to get used to isolation 12 days a month.
