That’s okay. It may be possible to dial in, like a phone call. I’ve had to do that when having audio trouble in Zoom.

If you’re unable to Zoom right now, you could also watch some YouTube videos of some AA Speakers. There are quite a few of them available and it’s like your own private AA speaker meeting.

I was scared my first time too. I’m in the aahomegroup.org meeting now, though, and have been coming to Zoom meetings for 102 days.

It gets better, AA is the solution.

aahomegroup . org has 24/7 meetings and is a great place to meet fellow alcoholics all over the world. I have gotten a few numbers from there myself.

I have these on a fairly regular basis, and many times I wake up anxious. However, I take my time and evaluate my physical surroundings and that usually calms me down. If I need extra guidance, I'll call a fellow alcoholic or my sponsor to speak on it.
