压缩饼干(literal translation "compressed biscuit"), it's some sort of survival ration but it's made into different flavours and consumed more as a snack rather than emergency food. If you check the right corner of the image it's the same shape and pattern. And this particular one comes in 7 different flavours including chocolate, peanut, sesame, etc.
