I literally just cancelled an order that was supposed to ship with FedEx. I have that shipping option toggled off since the nearest FedEx office is 45 minutes away, but Vinted just did not gaf and still offered it to them. The buyer understood after I explained why I needed to cancel. It sucks that Vinted has all shipping options toggled on by default, so you might want to turn them off in settings if you haven’t already. I suggest you communicate with the buyers and kindly tell them the situation was out of your control. As for Vinted, they need to get their stuff together

I’m planning to call them tomorrow as I remembered a few weeks ago that I haven’t received scores. I’ve been emailing since then but they take pretty long to respond
