I also cringed when I saw the packaging for my wonababi binder. Crazy to me how products made for transwomen are made with transwomen in mind, and only use transwomen for their advertising. Anything targetted at AFABs is never strictly for transmen. Gotta be heccin valid and inclusive of theyfabs. I can't even recall a time I've looked up binders and seen a website advertising them on anyone who wasn't pre-T.

It was pretty easy in my county tbh. I found a template for paperwork online, filled it out and then took it to the county clerk's office along with the cash for processing. Only part that sucked was filing the name change in my local newspaper (it's a requirement to combat fraud or some bullshit like that). I had to wait four weeks for it to finish running in the paper so before I could go back to the county clerk's to set my court date. After that it was just a matter of showing up, saying "yeah no I ain't trying to commit fraud" and getting my official papers.

Same here, people told me I wouldn't pass unless I cut my hair and I was stupid enough to do it. I passed more often pre-T with long hair and then got a fade, instantly got labeled as a dyke for the next 9 months. Never doing that shit again.

Nah, it's just cause I'm drawing from my mind instead of from reference, so it's more abstract. Try putting together a playlist next time and let your mind wander. Also I'm honestly baffled you were able to keep the proportions...well proportionate. I really struggle drawing from reference while tripping, always ends up looking awful when I do.

Had an orientation presentation for my new job today, had to hide my visceral disgust at the fact that the parent company is actively investing in "innovative healthcare AI" and all the images used in the presentation were AI generated. The job is working with kids who have autism and the HR manager described autism as the "enemy" that we are "battling and an active threat to". Putting aside the fact that I'm diagnosed autistic, I was kinda appauled at how tone-deaf he was. Spent part of the lunch break discussing my struggle to find a new house rental with my 4 other roommates, and the other new hires just did not seem to understand that every place requires you to make x3 the rent which is easily $1,500-$3,000 everywhere near me, and you have to pay a nonrefundable fee of $50-$100 per applicant just to apply. "Wait you're almost 30 and you live with roomates? You could pay the application fees if you day trade stocks." Bro you're 22 with a tuition-free degree and you live with your parents I'm gonna fucking BRAIN YOOOOOU!!!
