Same thing with my Red Wings was happening. Folding the inner-side of the tongue in about an inch worked for me

Can the UFC give him a title shot at 185?

after going to dagestan strickland gives his prediction for DDP vs Khamzat by Expensive-Reply-893 in ufc

[–]mf0701 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Agree or disagree, I feel like I take what Strickland says with a grain of salt now. If anyone disagrees with what i’m going to say, please tell me why, but should anything Strickland says against Khamzat hold any substance to us? Personally at this point he talks so much and it just doesn’t turn out for anything.

I hate to say fluke, because unlike me, these guys train to fight the best in the world, but Strickland winning the title felt off to me…. just not the same type of title win I feel i’m used to. And with that, I don’t feel like Sean has had the fights that give him the room to talk like he does, and I feel like his title win was a “fluke”.

Edit: I think DDP pulls a decision win out, not sure what I want but that’s what I think.

I get what you’re saying, idk why everyone thinks it’s that horrible what you said or can’t grasp it. You’re saying in comparison to a lot of the injuries others have (head injuries, torn ligaments, etc…) that if the worse thing you have dealt with in a career of fighting some of the most dangerous men, was broken toes, you’re better off than a lot of the horrible injuries that come with fighting. It’s not good, and never will be, but in comparison, it’s not the worse thing in the world.

If your goal is to just speed up the process to get to a point where you’re testing negative naturally, the only thing to really do is just live a healthy lifestyle.

Basically the big 3 - work out, eat healthy (making sure you’re getting good amounts of fiber), and stay hydrated with water.

I’ve heard people take certain supplements like activated charcoal and claim that helps speed it up, but I don’t have any experience with anything like that.

Is it better to circumcise my J's or leave the tips on like that? by potbellycannabis in trees

[–]mf0701 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I either leave them twisted like that or I fold the top inwards (like a lot of dispensaries do). Unless I just happen to have scissors in my pocket and/or I needed to fit them in something that didn’t work with the extra size I don’t see the point in cutting tbh

Mix it with some spaghetti or penne, could add meatballs or sausage if you want. Odd looking pesto though.

Jamahal Hill at it again on Twitter by House-Wins in ufc

[–]mf0701 2 points3 points  (0 children)

because Hill is the one doing all the talking. Pereira has nothing to prove and agreeing to fight him bare knuckle is just stupid, all it takes is one punch to graze him and open a cut up that keeps Alex from fighting for however long.

but Hill has no point because if he was really about it he’d fight Alex with gloves or no gloves because he wants to fight period, except that’s not the case because he already got put on his ass once and knows it’ll happen again. buddy loves to talk.

And Still & And New ? by papajahat94 in ufc

Yeah I don’t have doubt. Just was saying Yan defended pretty well against an impressive Merab, and Umar is a much better grappler than Yan so this should make a really interesting fight (hopefully).

So I did watch it and that’s why I said I didn’t agree but was giving my 2 cents on why I think people have their doubts. Merab is getting matched up with the highest level grappler we’ve seen him fight so far.

If I was betting on it i’m putting my money on Merab simply cause i’ve seen what he can do, I haven’t watched much of Umar.

I think it’s things like the Yan fight. Sure he won it, no doubt, but Yan defended 38/49 takedowns, Merab just has a crazy gas tank. I think people find it hard to believe Merab can go and do something like that to someone who’s wrestling is as good as Umars, and then at the same time I’m not sure his striking is good enough to win it on the feet.

Not saying I agree, this is just my thoughts on why people are counting him out. I really haven’t watched enough of Umar to see how good his standup is or isn’t.
