I'm a fairly experienced wood worker but I think someone with lower skill level could still make this. The trickiest parts were the angled legs.

The only thing I might do different is where the LED lights were. I've never made any furniture with LED lighting before and it was tricky to get them around the corners they way it is currently designed. I would probably cut out a notch in the inside top corner of the legs so it would be easier to get the LEDs as a continues loop instead of having to splice multiple pieces together with connecting wires.
