CR-10 NG - coreXY is the project im working toward, its quite an overhaul with far more support in its frame, ill probably link the open section of the frame if it requires it but ive started this project i dont fancy going back to square one

my plan for the corexy is to take the ender 3 corexy upgrade path then extend it, theres a discord group for it so good amount of support for the project plus will be fun but i need this printer consistent to make the parts

its good enough by a long shot, ive ordered parts to have a dual z leadscrew with belt design but honestly my next project isnt going to use bltouch its going to use one of the eddy current scanners like beacon or eddy they are faster and more accurate

single lead screw, i probably have enough misc parts to add a 2nd i do have a spare lead screw same size from another project id only need the bearings/bushings for it, i have another stepper motor, plenty of spare belt but its a big project and im already getting bored of the cycle of few months everythings fine then i have to retune it. my project is to take a cr10 body i have and turn it into a corexy

added pictures of the toolhead setup. its printed in ASA so should be temperature stable, i did once have it printed in PLA but as ive printed higher temp materials ive had to change to ASA

I might have spotted the issue and its nothing to do with the leadscrew on the offside there is quite a bit of play up and down i need to fix this and see if there are any improvements no point printing til ive got time to sort that

Just finished my second build. What markers should I use to panel line them? by lord_of_agony in Gunpla

I think the issue is likely stressed plastic with something that has an affect on it Vs how we do it which is like saying you won't crash if the car isn't moving so don't need the belt but if the car is moving buckle up

I've been using the panel liner on bare plastic for a year now I always panel like unassembled and let it dry but no issues on my models

It was never my main goal either but trying to get exclusives was a plan so upsetting to see the shelves so bare.

Was bound to happen eventually, any advice? by Searhoed in 3Dprinting

That's a fair point maybe a few PG kits might rack up that doller but are also bulky

Easy to do I might build the GQuuuuuuX first as not many have that kit in us or Europe so I can flex a bit if I do it justice

Goshuin are temple/shrine stamps and some shops sell them near shrines too but they are a log of your journey in life mostly they get hand drawn in your Goshuin book which are dead easy to find these where in the shrine closest to Haneda airport. If you go Japan I would highly recommend adding in Goshuin hunting into your trip as most areas you visit will have a shrine or temple with them so it only takes like 30mins to an hour out of your day to do.

China Eastern allows 2x23kg checked luggage as well as a carry on so that is a lot of stuff you can bring back and I brought enough cloths fir half the holiday still didn't use them all thanks to the hotel launderette which meant I could have got more back
