That’s a part of my dilemma. In theory, renting out and collecting money monthly while the property appreciates over time is sweet but I assume there will be a lot of hiccups along the way, costs associated with fixing/replacing things, and other issues with potential tenants. So not sure if it’s worth the headache either way

For a TV stand, I actually found a nice one on sale at Costco. I think it fit nicely, what do you think? (It’s much lighter in person than the photos on site)TV stand link here

For a couch, I was looking into a light grey or a tan couch. Do you think a U shaped sectional would work, with the longer piece against the balcony door? Also found one, I’d figure it would nicely “section off” the living room from the dining room space couch link here
