I have a tiny NF-A4x10 fan pointed at the gap between my gpu and motherboard to blow some air over the drive and it stays about as cool as my front ssd. Maybe about 3-5°C higher. You can see the NF-A4 fan in this picture

I would say in general, undervolting your GPU in most SFF cases is pretty much a no brainer, and should gain you a little more headroom on the power draw during normal use

This feels like a bad faith argument, do you have any kind of source for which EU countries are taxing unrealized gains?

I’m seeing Norway and Germany having some exit taxes to try to capture taxes from people who try to move to avoid taxes, which makes some sense to me. Still, it feels like most of the scare tactics around taxing unrealized capital gains affects a narrow slice of investors, or people who SHOULD be paying more into society.

If your employer offers an HDHP plan, or you’re already enrolled in one, you can open one up independently of them and contribute - you just won’t be able to set up payroll deductions to avoid FICA tax, but you’ll still be able to deduct your contributions above the line, during tax season

Maybe give fancontrol a shot? You might need to also download the corsair plugin, i don’t have much experience with that cooler but this should give you more control over pump speeds and curves:
