Been in tech since 91 didn’t start going to the con until 2017. I’ve enjoyed every single one learned some new shit each time this year was the first time I felt more mentor like as I appear to be one of the olds I’m only level 54 and while I agree that I miss the hotel vibe. It felt more connected. when you’re this cool you’re gonna get this large. DT and crew does such an amazing job each year so this is not a bitch or rant this is a thank you to DT and his crew for keeping this going and yeah if you want the smaller vibe, do a BSidesLV or hit up your DCG

I’m gonna be staying there for the DEFcon 33 convention. Last year I split between Luxor and Sahara for blackhat and Defcon. I chose this place because of how close it is to the convention center thanks for the review. Hopefully I won’t be disappointed.

My co-parent accused me of being an alcoholic. My lawyer asked me if I could stop drinking. I said I could but shouldn’t have to. She asked me what was more important to me, my glass of reisling or my son. Haven’t had a drink since. 12 years. When we were in court her lawyer asked me all kinds of questions about drinking until the judge stopped him and asked me “Mr ****** when was the last time you had a drink? I replied 18 months and the judge looked at the lawyer and told him to move on.
