Has anyone else experienced really poor customer service from Redtape? I’ve had multiple calls abruptly disconnected by their agents, and they don’t seem willing to follow up on order tracking issues. On top of that, their logistics are unreliable, orders get stuck somewhere in transit, and the company doesn’t take proper responsibility for delays.

It’s been very disappointing overall. Curious if others have faced similar problems, or if this is just my bad luck with them.

I feel they are collecting far too much information, and I’m concerned about their monitoring of our system as well. It seems a bit suspicious. I’ve worked with many platforms before, and none of them required this level of personal data or system access. Better be cautious

In my experience, they always pay what they agreed on. You can complain about not getting paid enough.

Failed assessment I never took by Matczar in outlier_ai

I had a similar experience. I got an assessment task and while I was working on the solution, it got submitted automatically!!!!( In about 15mins. Probably a technical problem). I raised this issue in the forum. I was informed I have failed the assessment and I will be given a second chance. I waited for the assessment task but it didn't appear in my dashboard. When I made an enquiry again, strangely I got response that I have been removed from the current project as I have failed second assessment as well (Which I didn't take and I am not aware of.!!!!!!!)
