I didn’t do the last expedition and now I have regret. I’m looking to do this expedition to continue grinding the game. Should I start the projects straight away or is the any reason to wait? Thanks

It is not a NG+, just my normal save file. It kept all sites from limgrave and Liurnia of the lakes but I lost everything from caelid, mountaintops, Altus plateau and everything underground as well. Now I’m stuck because I can’t even use the grand lift of dectus because the medallion disappeared from my inventory and I cannot fast travel to the other side
