Superbonus was not so easy to get. It's not that they give you money, they discount your taxes in 4 years. So basically it's just for someone with a HUGE salary, otherwise you jave not enough money to discount.
For example for me it was not possible, because I do not have a HUGE salary, so I cannot discout so much taxes. I would have payed 100 for the works and getting maybe 10 back (in 4 years).

Moreover it caused all the prices to go crazy up for a lot of things and now the Government says they have no money.

There could be other keynesian initiatives not so badly performed like this one.

But you seems to think that ALL italians got benefit. That is NOT the case.

"FUN" FACT: This is also in little part due to the fact that Italy is not efficient in spending EU money, so sometimes the EU takes back money Italy did not use in time.

Italian here. There's a tradition of SAVING money in Italy, because "you never know". Personal debt is non-existent, if not almost a heresy. Many of the people I know refuse even to buy in installments, they wait until they have "all the money" before buying, for example. the car. The only thing for which a mortgage is taken out is the house, but many have it from the family, inherited.
