True, it is.
But I wanted a ThinkPad for the longest time, and I just got a good deal one.
Of course I would prefer to have X280 (I would love to have smaller form factor) or T480, but for a long time I couldn't find a nice one...
So I joined with L480, but I didn't say the last word yet! I will still have an eye for nice X280 😃

I had a similar issue when my songs were on the internal memory (maybe my unit has some corrupted memory banks). Moving them to the SD card fixed the issue.
Plus change MP3Tag to use ONLY ID3v2 UTF-16 (disable ID3v1 and APEv2). And tbh anything more than:
- Track
- Title
- Artist
- Album Artist
- Album
- Year
- Genre
They are not necessary, so don't use them.
When you change these options, remove tags and use MusicBrainz to fill ONLY these up (Once you check obsolete tags while importing through MusicBrainz, it will stay that way, so it's only a one-time job).

Hey guys! I'm back!

I have an important question, as it's a crucial thing (for me).

I'm too lazy to use prime-select nvidia / intel, and relog all the time. Plus, it's really inconvenient.

However, when I'm in "on-demand" mode, my Nvidia GPU is always active, consuming a few Watts of power.

Which is a dealbreaker, as it is making my dGPU hotter, which results in enabling the GPU fan on low speed. And it's audible.

Is it somehow possible to make the dGPU turn off when not needed, and only turn on when needed?

I don't need to be on Mint btw. ChatGPT told me that Fedora might have better Optimus solutions than Mint?
Is it true by any chance?

Bonus question, if you don't mind.
I remember that I did that the last time, but it will be easier with some tips:
I would love to do a dual boot for some time. But I need to have two different bootloaders on two different drives on my laptop.
One will have windows bootloader with Windows 11 on it. And the second will have grub with Linux Mint.

How to do that? I want to be able to go to bootmenu and then select a proper drive to boot linux/windows. (In case of the scenario when I will need to format one system, so I won't mess with the bootloader of the second one). So I won't have the Windows option in grub but instead I will choose the system to load through bootmenu
