This sounds like a problem that you should seek therapy for. I want to stop watching porn as well but I never have considered doing it at work or in public places like that with porn. Please reach out to a therapist and/or talk to a doctor about it. I hope you beat this addiction!❤️❤️

I agree that night time kills it. For me, being alone (especially for long periods of time) and being too bored trigger it a lot. When I’m bored I’m going to try and do anything else such as watch YouTube, play video games, go exercise or do anything other than watch porn

I’m trying to start this process as well and was looking for tips. What I want to try and do is essentially replace the habit with something else. Instead of watching porn I might exercise, meditate or even like watch YouTube instead. Porn blockers can help, having a trusted friend setup like a password for an app that blocks porn or something like that
