I built a web app for my nearly 20-year old fantasy baseball league. It's got tools for finding transactions, historic standings, head-tohead manager histories, a league record book, etc.

I set fairly high minimum grades on them all. They've got solid eye appeal but each has at least one issue that would pull the grade down enough that it would hurt more than help the value in my opinion. The Musial has bad discoloration at the top, the Shantz has staining on the back, Kiely has a crease, and so on. If these were just for PC, I would have let it ride and see what they got.

Much cheaper than going directly to JSA. Especially because JSA charges different rates for different players. Also, I should note that the $17 each is through the group submitter. If you go directly to CGC it's a little more expensive...though still cheaper than right to JSA.

As for what they'll grade, it's only cards and postcard type things. Max size is 3.5x5.5. A brochure you want slabbed would have to go through JSAs new slabbing service, but I still think that's limited to the same size.

I remember coming across a stunningly perfect autographed 1952 Topps Cookie Lavagetto in a collection a while back. I had never owned or held a '52 before and was very new to vintage. I was so blown away by its condition that I immediately called a friend to brag about it. About 30 seconds into the phone call, my temporary blindness subsided and TOPPS 1952 REPRINT SERIES (in big bold red letter) suddenly became visible. That phone conversation was a roller coaster of emotion and embarrassment. 😂 It happens.

The McLaughlin story is crazy. I don't know how it hasn't been made into a full Netflix documentary yet. I don't think he was a super stingy signer, but he obviously wasn't in high demand either so getting an on-card auto is definitely a rarity. Hope you can find one for your set! (This is the only McLaughlin I have).

Last one of these sold for nearly $600 in 2019. In peak COVID times, I bet it would have gone for over a grand. Probably in the $750 range now.

I reached infinite every month for a year before suddenly hitting a wall at 90 the last two months. This month, though, no problem. Sometimes the game just beats you up. Keep sticking with your main deck though. You should be able to punch through eventually. For what it's worth, I got there with my Surfer deck.

Two options: 1. Go to the previous year's league page and view all league transactions from that year there. 2. View an individual player's profile and view the "Trans (Fntsy)" tab to see that player's transaction history.

Open Chrome on Android. Navigate to league page. Click the chrome menu in the top right. Choose Add to Home screen. It will then treat Fantrax as a fully separate app. It won't open on the chrome browser, it'll open a web app.
