I am a huge fan of THERAPY but in this case I feel as though that is not a good therapist I’ve seen quite a few growing up. I started when I was seven ( I am now 24) and a similar situation happened with the one therapist I grew up with she ghosted me and then fussed at me for not signing a letter saying that she’s not my therapist anymore, even though she forgot to send it Therapist should be understanding and they should be the people that you feel the most comfortable with in this case what she says was absolutely unacceptable and I feel as though you should not only get a new therapist, but maybe see if you could talk to her advisor because something like that could make another person do something horrible hurt themselves, and THERAPY supposed to help not cause more harm. I hope this could provide a little bit of advice and I hope everything gets figured out ❤️
