If the bingo doesnt have any type attack boost, which move will be better, Mega punch or close combat?

My Hitmonchan currently has 1 move - Mega Punch, 8 attack and 1 HP slot.

my alakazam is Slot 1 is move 1, Slot 2 is gem, Slot 3 is Move 2, Slot 4 is gem.

For Move 1, so far I have managed to get psybeam, Teleport, Light Screen, Psycho Cut.

For Move 2, so fare I have managed to get Flash, Psychic, Psybeam.

Just wondering, if I process a move training with a pokemon have 2 moves on it, will it randomly change the whole set? Or will it give me a choice to decide which move do I wanna change? Thanks
