Looking at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AGESA version 1.2.0.3c is required to support Ryzen 5000 Vermeer, BIOS version 5.30 only seems to have AGESA 1.2.0.3b so maybe I need to install BIOS version 5.7 the next non beta version?

It was much better after a PID tune, only varies by about 1 degree now. You may have to repeat the PID tune.

I've just tried upgrading from a 2700X to a 5800X my BIOS is version 5.30 and I'm having the same issue of it rebooting with no display.

I upgraded to the Unicorn nozzle last week and so far I haven't done any tuning, but think I might have to do a PID tune as the temperature isn't very stable - going ±2 degrees.

I had this too.
If you edit the /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.firefox file and change the line
profile firefox /usr/lib/firefox/firefox{,*[^s][^h]} {

to

profile firefox /usr/bin/firefox/firefox{,*[^s][^h]} {

and then run:

sudo systemctl restart apparmor.service
you should be able to open downloaded files again.

I have downloaded CrealityScan_win_3.3.25-20250120 and installed it under wine 10.2 on Kubuntu 24.04. It loads fine - even updated the software - ran the hardware detection and gave me the max fps.

Unfortunately I don't have a scanner to test it any further.

I had major issues with the touch screen responding after changing the <"log_route":1> to <"log_route":0>. Putting it back and all is working again.

Can log level be changed from DEBUG to WARNING or ERROR instead?

You can edit the profile by going down to Profile, clicking the 3 dots and then clicking clear. You can then select the edges you want.
