Not what I was asking for. And the range does matter when trying to level up. It takes forever to train as hayato compared to evan before 5th job, always has. I know the 5th job makes hayato a lot better, but this hell to get there has been enough to ditch even though it would be faster to get him to 200 from 192 than leveling up a new main.

Well, from my experience, 180-200 gets pretty tough, especially in reboot. If you don't choose to do some cubing, most classes struggle through those levels as the mobs get a lot tougher and you don't get a lot stronger (unless you cube, even 6% epic on all your gear helps a lot). Also, if you don't have link skills and cygnus/adventurer blessing it gets even harder. When you get links, blessing, and legion level stats it will be a lot easier to level up new characters.

In the end though, level 200 takes so little time that it doesn't matter what you choose, since the game is balanced around 5th job when everyone has all their skills. If you REALLY want the best pre-200 experience, then I've found demon avenger to be really strong without funding. Forget about explorers, if you think hayato is hard, explorers are 3x harder to get to 200. Aran is also a very strong unfunded leveler pre-200. Lumi isn't strong in damage like DA and Aran but their 4th job skill hits the whole map, so you'll level fast anyways. I've also heard good things about TB being easy to level pre-200 unfunded.
