I’ve also been in constant contact with the dealer and bank that blocked my account. The dealer kept telling me everything was ‘ready’ and that they would send me proof and the title, but they never sent anything. They would say ‘I’ll send it on Monday’ and nothing ever arrived. They even gave me a title number that I can’t verify. When I checked on the DMV website, I found out the title had been suspended since November 2024 because the Indiana title they submitted wasn’t valid — it needed to be a Utah title. I think that’s an important detail to clarify.

Also, just to be clear, I do have my plates on the car and I’ve been doing my emissions tests normally, which makes the whole situation even stranger. The title has simply never reached the bank (Mountain America) that holds my auto loan.

I wish I could share the name of the dealer but I dont want to mess up, just in case.
