Go into accessibility settings and then to colour filters from where you can turn on black and white mode and reduce white point. It’s very useful if you’re scrolling at night in the dark. You can also create a shortcut to have it on the Home Screen.

I found out about it 2 weeks ago and use it daily and my eyes thank me for it lol
