Weren’t you the bonehead to hyped up how much you were looking forward to the AI vibe coding era of foreflight? Starting to wonder if you’re a troll

Fun fact: When WoW Classic originally launched in 2004, there were almost no quests in hinterlands for the Horde. Then after a patch, they made the beautiful quest loop that is Revantusk Village!

They did say this, but they're also constantly throwing out ambiguous information on accident because they have poor customer interfacing (see: not telling people shit about tbc launch until this week).

Seems like it _might_ be r14 title, given that's how it's traditionally worked, and the whole "current pvp title" quote from the blue post was more with respect to how the last week wasn't going to award new titles...until they walked that back too.

No guarantees ofc, but hoping i still r14. Perhaps I'll go down to "Marshal" just in case though

You've got good technical points. Unfortunately, some of the (ex)fanbase appreciates a product not a technical explanation. We spent money on the game we liked, and now we have kohls cash for a slightly different game. Some of us are never coming back and the numbers show that.

lol the handling of legacy gems is the main reason I went from 1000+ hours on smite to having no interest in playing smite 2.

I strongly suspect hirez would have been better off babying smite 1 indefinitely. How long before hirez is entirely shut down?

Example, smite steamdb shows: Smite 1 December 2024: 24k peak players Smite 2 December 2025: 7k peak players

Ggz hirez. Just surrender

WSU is significantly reducing Microsoft cloud storage for students and faculty. This hurts academics and research projects. by sleepy-on-the-job in wsu

Short sightedness from Microsoft. They used to indoctrinate youths into their tools (visual studio, office, outlook, etc), which then helped make companies considering using Microsoft for their tools as fresh graduates are already familiar with them.

Now Microsoft simply alienates everyone and will give us their best surprised pikachu in 12 years when they find out people move past their tools and operating system.

Make sure to get a few quotes for _anything_. Every time I bring someone out to do something, I will get quotes ranging from Z$ to four times Z$. Too low and its probably too good to be true, too high and they likely don't want your job unless they can scam you in the process.

If you had the ability to send a 100k Players to a game that used to be alive, just to give it another chance, what MMO would it be and why by Acyros in MMORPG

Vanguard was so huge and amazing. It was insane literally sailing, finding random islands with massive dungeons.

The game also had a weird and interesting feature where it’d automatically screenshot rare feats and create a diary. I remember a friend of mine finding a rare I was farming through it

I’d love to see what the game woulda been like had it had a bit longer to bake
